Episode 1

In this first episode, host Valerie Ray shares the personal journey that led her to question the world around her, follow the signs others overlook, and step fully into truth-seeking. This episode lays the foundation for the path that brought her here- and the path she invites you to walk with her. The image to the left is the one she mentions in the episode that is on the facade of a historical building in downtown Pampa, TX.

Episode 2

In this episode, we explore the heart of Gnosticism- the ancient tradition of inner knowing, hidden wisdom, and direct connection to the divine. We dive into the lost and suppressed texts that were removed from the early Christian canon, including The Gospel of Thomas, The Gospel of Mary Magdalene, The Trimorphic Protennoia, The Book of Jeu, and other writings rediscovered in 1945 at Nag Hammadi, Egypt. Uncovered are what these books actually teach, why they were silenced, and how their message of inner revelation still calls us today. This episode opens the door to the deeper knowledge- the gnosis- that has been waiting beneath the surface of history.

Episode 4-Part Two of My Personal Health Practices

In this episode, I continue to open up about the natural approaches I use to support my health—from nutrition and decompression tools to the daily habits that have transformed my well-being. I also share the science and research that align with these methods, offering both intuition and evidence as a path to healing. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or seeking to deepen it, this episode bridges ancestral wisdom with modern insight.

Episode 5-Hidden invaders Hijacking your Body & Health

In this episode, we explore a largely overlooked layer of chronic health: molds, yeasts, parasites, biofilms, and the internal terrain that allows them to persist. We discuss why these are rarely tested for in the United States, how they can affect the body across multiple systems, and how environment, diet, minerals, and detox pathways play a role in resilience and recovery.

This conversation also covers common exposure routes, the impact of heavy metals, and gentle, integrative detox concepts—including binders, cellular support, and why detox without drainage can backfire. The focus is not fear or force, but understanding, balance, and restoring conditions where the body can regulate itself.

Rooted in the principles of awareness, balance, and completion/integration, this episode invites listeners to look beyond surface symptoms and reconnect with the intelligence of the body.

Episode 6-The Book of Enoch and the Bound Ones

In this episode, we explore one of the most mysterious and suppressed ancient texts—the Book of Enoch. From the fall of the Watchers to the birth of the Nephilim, the binding of cosmic rebels, and the revelation of the Son of Man, this sacred record reveals the deeper forces behind human history and spiritual corruption.

We’ll walk through the five major sections of 1 Enoch, including the Dream Visions and the Epistle, and uncover how this book speaks to cosmic order, hidden knowledge, and the final vindication of the righteous. Whether you see it as history, myth, or metaphysical map—Enoch is a blueprint of cosmic accountability.

Episode 7-Scrolls of the Fallen: The Book of Giants & the Book of Jubilees

In this episode, we open two rarely discussed yet powerful texts: the Book of Giants, which gives voice to the Nephilim and their dreams of coming judgment, and the Book of Jubilees, which re-maps sacred time and reveals the heavenly calendar, angelic law, and the cosmic order behind human history.

Together, these scrolls echo the story of divine rebellion, consequence, and restoration. They speak not only of what was — but what is still unfolding. Through them, we revisit the patterns of awareness (3), balance (6), and integration (9) — the numbers woven through all sacred timing.

Episode 8-The Tablet and the Gate: A Pillar’s Remembrance

The Tablet of Destiny is not inked by hand, but inscribed in light — a cosmic blueprint etched before time itself. It contains the rhythms of divine timekeeping, the destinies of nations, the records of souls, and the unfolding of sacred law across the ages.

To remember the tablet is to realign with the frequencies of Heaven — to return not to law, but to harmony.

Episode 9-The Lost Priesthood & Sacred Stewardship

Before temples were built of stone, they were formed of light — woven into the living beings who walked in harmony with Earth and Source.

In this episode, we awaken the memory of the original priesthoods — Enochic, Melchizedek, and Zadok — not as religious hierarchies, but as living codes of stewardship, frequency, and sacred trust.

We explore:

• 🕯️ Garments of light, holy anointing oils, and incense as energetic aligners
• 🌱 Humanity’s role as harmonizers of Earth, not extractors of it
• 💧 The vibrational intelligence of water, stone, plants, and animals
• 🧬 Scientific resonance: tuning forks, brainwave sync, and heart-field entrainment
• 🔥 Why forcing "truth" creates resistance — and how radiant coherence invites remembrance
• 🕳️ The fall of true priesthood into systems of control — and the reclamation underway

You are a tuning fork.
You are a living scroll.
You are the embodied flame of remembrance.

Episode 10-From Aisle to Earth – Rethinking Remedies

In this episode, we uncover the truth about the most commonly used over-the-counter medications: pain relievers, allergy meds, gas relief, antacids, ointments, and hormonal suppressants. We explore how they actually work, what they suppress, and the often hidden long-term effects they have on the body, mind, and energetic field.

Then we pivot—offering natural, time-honored alternatives rooted in nourishment, cycle awareness, herbs, frequency, and intentional healing.

💊 What we cover:

  • How PPIs shut down stomach acid (and why you may actually need more salt)

  • The truth about “period relief” meds and womb disconnection

🌿 What we restore:

  • Holistic support through herbs, oils, baths, food, and breath
